Isabella Poth | Project Delivery

Isabella Poth joins Change Often as a Junior Associate for Project Delivery, bringing a passion for community impact and a strong background in research, advocacy, and the arts. Currently a senior at the University of Pittsburgh, Isabella is pursuing Political Science and Sociology—a reflection of her deep interest in social systems, governance, and human rights. Beyond the classroom, she is an illustrator for The Pitt News, where she uses her artistic talents to bring important stories to life.

Her commitment to civic engagement and social change is evident in her diverse experiences. She has worked on local political campaigns, served as an undergraduate teaching assistant, and is actively involved in graduate research at Pitt. As a dedicated member of the Human Rights Alliance in Pittsburgh, she continues to advocate for meaningful change in her community.

Isabella also brings six years of experience in the service industry at High Point Country Club, where she honed her teamwork, adaptability, and people skills. Her ability to balance multiple roles with enthusiasm and dedication makes her a valuable addition to the Change Often team.

Outside of work and academics, Isabella enjoys reading, going to the gym, and exploring new films—always eager to learn, grow, and engage with the world around her. She is excited to contribute to a team that shares her values and is driven to make a difference.

At this time, our Junior Associates are identified or introduced through area higher education institutions. If you think you would be a great fit as a Junior Associate here and currently do not have access to a college or university's career development office, schedule a consultation with us to determine how we might collaborate.
